1. The service

Filthy Rich Futures provides a Discord community for crypto traders. The free tier is open to anyone with a Discord account. The premium tier is a one-time purchase that grants a time-bound Discord role.

2. Not financial advice

Everything shared in our community — signals, analyses, calls, breakdowns — is for educational and discussion purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment or trading advice. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Crypto risk

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk. You can lose your entire investment. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Payments and renewals

Premium access is sold as a one-time purchase. We do not auto-renew. Once a Discord role has been granted, the purchase is considered delivered and is non-refundable, except in cases where the platform fails to assign the role.

5. Community conduct

By joining our Discord you agree to the community rules pinned in the server. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Account ownership

Your account is tied to your Discord identity. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account. We cannot transfer subscriptions between Discord accounts.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to defraud the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in Discord.
